Sitio Paang Bundok can be reached through a 10 minute motorcycle ride from Brgy. San Celestino, Lipa City, Batangas. It is divided into three clusters according to geographical location. Each cluster has a water tank that supplies water to the households in rounds. However, when the water-pumping system stopped functioning the tanks were deemed unusable. Today, only some of the households that are included in Cluster 1 have water supply (though irregular) through the local water district pipes. Due to the difference in elevation and other factors affected by terrain, Clusters 2 and 3, as well as the rest of Cluster 1, cannot be supplied by the water district, thus they fetch water from a spring that can be reached through a steep slope (approx. 500m).
